Training Others
This class will help participants learn a systematic, organized and comprehensive approach to training one-on-one.
The goal is to provide practical information tailored to the needs of those who are responsible for co-worker training as one of their job responsibilities.
The class includes the following topics:
Principles of adult learning
Needs analysis
Outlining targeted jobs
Writing training procedures
Sequencing training
Developing training plans and records
Implementing a training program
Evaluating training
Maintaining the training system
The class is highly interactive and includes numerous short activities to reinforce learning.

Members: $358 per person
Non-members: $483 per person

Attendance
Registered participants who fail to attend a class ('no-shows') will be charged full class cost. The 'no-show' fee may not be used as a credit for another EN class, or other type of event or service.
Cancellations made less than 5 business days prior to start of class time will be charged the full class cost. Substitutions are welcome.
