osha 10 hour - general industry
The Hands-On Interactive OSHA 10 for General Industry class is designed to provide participants with a practical and immersive training experience, enabling them to effectively comprehend and implement OSHA standards in the general industry sector. This engaging course covers a wide array of topics crucial to workplace safety, including an introduction to OSHA, lockout/tagout procedures, hazard communication, electrical safety, personal protective equipment (PPE), exit routes, emergency action plans, and bloodborne pathogens. Through dynamic instructor-led discussions, multimedia presentations, collaborative group activities, and hands-on demonstrations, participants will acquire the ability to recognize workplace hazards, minimize risks, and promote a safety-focused culture. Upon successfully completing the entire program, participants will receive a completion card from an authorized OSHA instructor, acknowledging their achievement in the OSHA 10 for General Industry course.
This class empowers participants with the knowledge, skills, and confidence necessary to identify and mitigate workplace hazards, thereby fostering a culture of safety within the general industry sector. By understanding OSHA standards and regulations comprehensively, participants will be equipped to establish and maintain safe working environments, safeguarding themselves and their colleagues from accidents, injuries, and illnesses.

Participants must attend both days in order to receive OSHA Card.
Class will meet 8:00 AM - 2:45 PM both days.

Members: $99 per person
Non-members: $179 per person

Attendance
Registered participants who fail to attend a class ('no-shows') will be charged full class cost. The 'no-show' fee may not be used as a credit for another EN class, or other type of event or service.
A 'late notice' charge (50% of the class fee) will be charged for cancellations made less than 10 calendar days before the scheduled class starting time. The 'late notice' charge may not be used as a credit for another EN class. or other type of event or service.
Cancellations made less than 5 business days prior to start of class time will be charged the full class cost. Substitutions are welcome.
