2024 Southeast compensation Survey

In a tight labor market, having the correct compensation data is essential. Each year the Employers Network conducts a Compensation Survey. This survey provides local companies with the compensation data they need to stay competitive.

Participating organizations will received a .pdf copy of the final report. Participation is defined as completing the survey in its entirety. Access to the online portal and advanced data analysis will be available at an additional charge. Organizations that do not participate but would like to purchase a .pdf copy of the final report should contact the Employers Network at surveys@employersnet.com or 864-585-1007. 

The cost of the 2024 report is $750 for members/investors of the Employers Network and the sponsoring organizations and $1,000 for non-members/investors.

Access to the online analysis tools is $750 for participants and $1,500 for non-participants.

This survey is conducted by the Employers Network and WCI, Inc. and is sponsored by the Anderson Area Chamber of Commerce, Cherokee County Chamber of Commerce, Greenville Chamber, and OneSpartanburg. We are also expanding our invitation area to other parts of South Carolina, North Carolina, and Georgia. This will allow us to provide local and regional data in future years.

2024 Survey Timeline

May 1, 2024 - Survey Opens for organizations to begin entering their payroll data as of April 30, 2024.

June 7, 2024 - Survey closes for all participants.

July 31, 2024 - Survey Published.
