MORE THAN A TITLE
Leadership is felt by the people it touches.
The Heart of Leadership Award recognizes individuals whose example, generosity, and commitment bring out the best in others. These honorees remind us that meaningful leadership is built every day—in the choices we make, the people we support, and the culture we create together.
“The true heart of leadership is not just what you accomplish. It’s how you help others grow, contribute, and succeed.”
