Julie Sanom is the founder of Focused Solutions. Operating since March 1993, Focused Solutions is a Management Consulting Firm based in Greenville, South Carolina. Julie provides organizational consulting and outsource training to a client base ranging from large, medium and small-sized companies to the individual. She provides consulting services in Strategic Planning, Team Building, Process Improvement and Leadership Development.
Julie takes pride in assessing her client’s unique situations and then tailoring her work to meet their specific needs. With her extensive coaching experience in the business world, she has led diverse groups of people in attaining higher performance levels.
