If so you must fulfill one ethics credit as part of the total 45/60 recertification credits requirement. HRCI is requiring that certificates remain aware of crucial ethical practices and behaviors in the workplace. This requirement was effective will all recertifications beginning, January 1, 2021.

Ethics in the Workplace - This interactive class will explore five commonly asked, but difficult to answer questions about ethics in the workplace.
Following this training, participants will be able to :
Define Ethics
List three ethics models and describe how they might be used in Human Resources
Identify all of the options using a defined process
Test ethical decisions before making them
Use a process to evaluate and reflect on decisions
Participants will also analyze four case studies involving ethical decisions in business settings.
