Pamela Westbrooks is the President of Beyond Leadership Solutions, LLC. After 20 years in senior leadership, Pamela Westbrooks had a desire to help others by providing real solutions: simple and customized to your organization. As a former CFO and HR professional, Pamela has a unique background that provides a comprehensive perspective. Because of this, she provides tools and services that align with the organization as a whole. Pamela served as the CFO/Director of Administration at Upward Sports for 19 years. She started her career in Human Resources serving in the staffing industry and manufacturing.
Pamela started Beyond Leadership Solutions to help organizations create a sustainable, healthy culture so they can grow beyond anything they can imagine. Pamela will deliver measurable results that are financially sustainable because she believes good stewardship is part of creating a healthy culture.
Pamela has served on the board of several start-up non-profits and is passionate about serving women and her community through the local church with her family. Pamela graduated from USC-Spartanburg with a degree in Business Administration and is a CPA.
Pamela is married and has one son.
