As an employer in SC, you recently received a notice from the SC Department of Employment and Workforce about the new requirement to include SOC Codes; we've got you covered. South Carolina law now mandates that employers provide a Standard Occupational Classification (SOC) code for each employee in their 1st quarter 2024 wage reports, due by April 30, 2024.
This data will be used to provide real-time workforce information and analytics.
