For supervisors and leaders, the most critical "stage" is often the conference room table. Whether pitching a new initiative to executives, delivering a quarterly update, or alignment-checking a team, the ability to present information clearly and dynamically in a meeting setting is paramount.
This is a hands-on, practice-driven workshop focused on everyday leadership communication. Participants will actively apply each concept through interactive drills.
Important Pre-Work Requirement: To ensure immediate, practical value, all participants must bring a meeting presentation, briefing deck, or project update they have delivered in the past or plan to facilitate in the future. This material will be used for live coaching and refinement throughout the session.
Course Objectives
By the end of this workshop, participants will be able to:
Structure a concise, objective-driven meeting presentation with a clear hook, seamless transitions, and a decisive conclusion.
Command a room from a seated or standing position by managing vocal tone, pitch, pace, and professional body language.
Redirect nervous energy into focused, authentic leadership presence.
Utilize visual aids to guide a discussion effectively, completely eliminating the habit of reading directly from slides.
Facilitate active engagement, maintain audience attention, and handle unexpected questions or impromptu speaking moments with composure.
Apply structured peer feedback to continuously improve their executive presence.
