With over 30 years of experience in manufacturing and business, Jimmy Cox brings a wide variety of skills and techniques to his training programs. Jimmy has an extensive background in leadership development and coaching, problem-solving and quality processes, as well as process improvement and kaizen. He uses this diverse background to create an engaging and entertaining classroom environment, but also to gives his students a practical, hands-on application experience for everything he teaches.

Jimmy has also produced and provided voiceover work for training videos, and appeared in numerous theatrical productions at various locations throughout the area.
