Carol is the owner of CLC HR Consulting, LLC which focuses on providing guidance in the areas of coaching, leadership and communication in the business environment. Carol has over 40 years of experience in operations and employee relations in manufacturing and supply chain businesses. She retired as Regional Supply Chain HR Manager with Nestle USA. Carol is currently providing HR consulting services to a major food ingredient company based in the mid-west. In her spare time, you can find Carol on the lake or simply enjoying the great outdoors.
