Navigating workplace investigations
This interactive class on workplace investigations brings real-life concerns to the table! Participants will gain a comprehensive understanding of the principles, processes, and best practices involved in conducting effective workplace investigations. Learn how to:
develop a structured investigation plan through planning and preparation
know how and when to take action
interview techniques
actively listening
gather information
document evidence
assess evidence objectively and
mak fair determinations
Activities will provide direct insight into best practices. Plus, a mock investigation will be demonstrated.

Attendance
Registered participants who fail to attend a class ('no-shows') will be charged full class cost. The 'no-show' fee may not be used as a credit for another EN class, or other type of event or service.
Cancellations made less than 5 business days prior to start of class will be charged full class cost. The charge may not be used as a credit for another EN class. or other type of event or service however, substitutions are welcome.
