Joy is the Owner of Crile Consulting LLC which focuses on Human Resource consulting and contract roles as well as training and development. She started her HR career in training, development and coaching and has since worked in Human Resources across multiple market segments. She has managed HR for family-owned businesses to global companies. She has an Office/Business Management degree with a minor in Psychology. Joy is PHR and SHRM-CP certified. She has been married to Keith for 28+ years and they have 3 sons. Joy enjoys baking, reading, playing board games, camping and traveling in her free time.
