PML® Consultants provide practical training focused on the real-world challenges company leaders may face today. Through up-to-date, “live-fire” skills practice and role-playing scenarios, leaders build confidence in addressing questions or concerns about unions and workplace issues with associates in a lawful and effective manner.
Our training modules facilitate discussion and feedback about observed behaviors and messaging—helping leaders understand what is lawful and what is not—while educating them on how to communicate effectively with associates about unions, collective bargaining, and the company’s preference for maintaining direct relationships with employees.
