Having worked in chemical manufacturing leadership roles for over 30 years, including a 3-year assignment in Malaysia, Kimberly brings a diverse set of interests and capabilities that can be tailored to meet the needs of a variety of member-companies.
Cultural transformation and leadership development to create and sustain value-adding performance results is a particular area of expertise. Helping others to realize, grow, and develop their natural talents and toolbox of skills, both soft and technical, is at the heart of her energetic style, all based on a firm foundation of core values.
She has a B.S. degree in Chemistry, a Lean/Green Belt certification, and serves on the Spartanburg Science Center’s board of directors. Kimberly and Craig have been married for 35 years, and counting, and enjoy hiking, reading, and world traveling.
