Kathy Glynn is the owner and principal consultant for Blue Sky Thinking, a facilitation and training organization. She has over 20 years’ experience as a consultant, coach and facilitator in the areas of human performance, leadership development, critical thinking and problem solving. She has designed, developed and managed programs for manufacturing, nonprofit, higher ed, and health care organizations.

Kathy earned both her Bachelor’s in Business and Master’s in Management from Aquinas College in Grand Rapids, Michigan. She has also completed several coaching programs including InsideOut Coaching and Empowerment Coaching.

Kathy resides in Grand Rapids, Michigan with her husband, two sons, and one dog. She also has one daughter that resides in New Mexico. Kathy enjoys gardening, hiking, yoga, reading, traveling, and painting.
