“Hazardous Waste Regulations 101” is a two-hour training course designed for manufacturing staff and management. Attendees will be trained in the scope and applicability of the regulations, the common exemptions to regulatory requirements, the process for characterizing a solid waste as listed and non-listed hazardous wastes, and the container management requirements for “very small quantity”, “small quantity”, and “large quantity” generators. The course will conclude with a Final Exam to test your understanding and implementation of this expansive Federal program.
