About Michelle Dunn
Michelle Dunn is the President of Positive Management Leadership, Inc. (PML), where she serves as part of the firm's core executive leadership. With over two decades of corporate leadership experience, Michelle specializes in executive consulting, crisis management, positive employee relations, and strategic communications.
In her role at PML, Michelle oversees business development, marketing, communications, leadership consulting, program facilitation, and speaking engagements. She has trained thousands of leaders, delivering expertise in live simulations, experiential learning, crisis management, and proactive labor relations strategies aimed at building positive workplace environments.
Executive Background & Expertise
Two Decades of Corporate Leadership: Michelle’s 20+ year corporate career spans senior executive roles in communications, marketing, and crisis management across major corporations.
Financial Services & SEC Licensing: She began her career in financial services, where she earned her SEC license and advised clients on security products for Fortune 500 organizations.
Telecommunications Leadership: Prior to joining PML, Michelle served as a marketing and communications leader at Windstream Communications, one of the largest network communications providers in the United States.
Empowering Leaders Worldwide: Partnering with leaders across diverse sectors, Michelle equips organizations with practical tools to strengthen management, maintain positive employee relations, and navigate complex organizational dynamics.
