Rita has over 20 years of experience in human resource management and is currently the President and CEO of the Employers Network. She has extensive human resources experience in manufacturing.
Rita is a graduate of Spartanburg Community College and the University of South Carolina Upstate. She was named Human Resource Manager of the year in Spartanburg County in 2005, and in York/Mecklenburg Counties in 2011.
Rita has been involved with SHRM as a local leader, state leader, and foundation volunteer for over 20 years.
