UPSTATE SC ENVIRONMENTAL BRIEFING
You are invited to attend the Upstate South Carolina Environmental Briefing on Friday, March 15, at Thornblade Club near Greer.
The briefing is presented by the Williams Mullen Law Firm and is hosted by the Employers Network. The briefing offers an opportunity for Upstate environmental professionals to remain current on trending topics.
Registration will begin at 8 a.m. Presentations will begin at 8:30 a.m., and adjournment is planned for Noon.
Cost is $99 per person, and includes brunch. Advance, prepaid reservations are required.
Attorneys with the Williams Mullen Law Firm and government relations professionals from McMullen Public Affairs will present. Additional information, including all Briefing speakers, will be provided soon.
Air Permitting: Jay Holloway will review “Once-in, Always-in, Aggregate Action, and Ambient Air.”
Spill Reporting: Ryan Trail will discuss ”Containment Area Releases May Not Be Reportable.”
Hazardous Waste: Jessie King will present “New Definition of Solid Waste…Again!”
Wastewater: Ethan Ware will discuss “How in the World Do I Negotiate POTW permit limits?”
Proposition 65: Ruth Levy will discuss “New Amendments May Make Business in California Difficult.”
Compliance: Benjamin Mowczan will present “Voluntary Disclosure to South Carolina and EPA.”
Washington update: Lewis Gossett, President of Bridgeside Public Affairs, will speak on “Washington Update: What Can We Expect After the Midterms?”
Guests will be treated to a special Thornblade Club brunch midway in the program.

8:30 a.m.: briefing convenes
Fee is $99 per person for this briefing. Advance, prepaid reservations are required. Paying by credit card (American Express, MasterCard, or VISA) is the preferred payment method. Checks will be accepted. Checks must be made payable to Employers Network, and mailed to 1004 South Pine St., Spartanburg, S. C. 29302.
No refunds will be issued after March 7.

You can also make a reservation by fax. Registering by fax hold your reservation until payment is received. You are responsible for submitting payment before the briefing date.
