Jason is a highly-respected international keynote speaker who delivers messages on leadership, change management, multi-generational change management, and business development.

Jason is a business executive with over 28 years of international experience. He has balanced diverse roles as an entrepreneur, professional speaker, board member, as well as global Fortune 500 human resources leader.

Currently, Jason is the President of Adaptivity Development, LLC, a boutique business strategy consultancy that is focused on executive development, building strategic HR, cultural transformation, and growing small businesses.

Jason is the former senior human resources director of talent management for Domtar, and former CEO of ARCpoint Labs. Jason has held senior human resources positions with Bank of America, Honeywell, and Schneider National.

Jason’s interests include personal accomplishments and adventures in high altitude ice climbing, mountaineering, competitive sailing, and board sports around the world.

Overview

Building and implementing strategic human resources plans can create a competitive advantage for organizations. To do so they must be thoroughly developed and directed towards the organization’s strategic plans.

 This workshop is geared towards experienced and senior level human resources professionals.  It will enhance your ability to be a strategic human resources business partner. Instruction will focus on creating strategies and identifying opportunities to build strategic human resources plans that solve business problems and create ROI.
